History

Established in 2002 , O’Tooles Irish American Grill & Bar in Royal Oak, Michigan, is the first of four O’Tooles located around Metro Detroit.

O’Tooles is located in the site of the former Agape coffee shop.  When visiting O’Tooles, you really get a sense of downtown Royal Oak.  You can hear and feel the trains passing by daily with the hustle and bustle of a growing downtown community.  The outdoor patio is a great spot for dining as well as, just having a drink and people watching.  The inside is warm with rich wood, lots of natural sunlight and plenty of huge plasma TV’s, so whether you’re looking for a quick, relaxing lunch, or if watching a sporting event is what you are looking for, this is your place.

O’Tooles is a perfect mix of friendly staff,  delicious food, great drinks and just a touch of the old sod.  O’Tooles is family friendly and welcomes parties of all sizes.
